Withdraw from the contract

Under Portuguese Decree-Law 24/2014 of 14 February, you have the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days of receiving your items — a period Ninho do Tejo voluntarily extends to 30 days.

To withdraw from the contract, fill in and submit the form below, stating your order number (for example, #1018) and the items concerned in the message. You may also state the reason if you wish — it is not required.

After submission, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt by e-mail without delay, followed by instructions for returning the items.

Alternatively, you may exercise the same right using the model withdrawal form available in our Refund Policy, or by any unequivocal statement sent to geral@ninhodotejo.pt.
